ACES will continue to act on our customers’ behalf in conducting all necessary business with Local Exchange Company (LEC) and Long Distance Carrier (LDC).

* Bad line/trunk reports
* Long Distance Calling Analysis

With the changing services, charges and alternatives available to our customers, it is imperative that constant scrutiny be given to long distance calling patterns and their associated costs. As a leader in the Advanced Communication Systems and services field ACES must act as a constant resource in controlling our customers’ communication costs.

SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

ACES customers enjoy a comprehensive service and support package including:
ACES WARRANTY

ACES provides a two year warranty on all parts and labor for all new complete communications systems installed. We guarantee all products against defects and that they will be installed correctly and function per the manufacturers specifications upon completion of installation. Any failure of the system to operate or perform as described in our proposal should be brought to our attention in written notification within 30 days of cutover. ACES will, without charge (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri) service, replace or repair any part found to be defective within two years of the equipment installation date.

SERVICE BY TRAINED TECHNICAL STAFF

It is our policy at ACES to provide prompt and qualified service to our communications system users. To assure the quality of service ACES maintains an extensive training and certification program for all our technicians.

This includes:
* Extensive Factory Training Schools
* Complete technical documentation
* Assistance by Factory Service Center Engineers.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

ACES carries a reasonable quantity of service replacement parts, based on the type and quantity of equipment sold in each area.

DISASTER BACKUP

In the event of a major disaster, emergency stocks of systems and repair parts are on hand which are ready for air shipment to any field location.

SERVICE

We guarantee a two-hour response time for emergencies and a 24 hour response for non-emergencies. Emergency is defined as any failure that affects the entire system, a group of trunks, or an entire departments extensions. Non-Emergency is defined as any individual equipment failure such as station sets or individual cards which does not affect the systems ability to function.

CUSTOMER USER TRAINING

We believe that the key to receiving the full value from your investment is QUALITY training. ACES offers comprehensive training before, during, and after system cutover. This allows you to receive the maximum benefit of your new system.

The plan proceeds as follows:
* At acceptance of our proposal:
A training plan accommodating your individual company policies and procedures is designed.
* Prior to Cutover:
Training of your System Administrator and any essential employees takes place.
* At cutover:
Special assistance is made available to the operator.
* Training provided prior to cutover, at cutover, and within a reasonable time after system acceptance is at no charge.
